نفّذ دورة التنظيف اليومية من قائمة الصيانة، ثم نظّف أجزاء التلامس الخارجية بقطعة قماش خالية من الوبر ومسحوق تنظيف معتمد، وتأكد من إغلاق الكواشف بعد الاستخدام. Run the daily cleaning cycle from the maintenance menu, wipe external contact parts with a lint-free cloth and approved cleaner, and ensure reagents are capped after use.
ما الفحوصات المطلوبة على الكواشف قبل التشغيل؟What checks are required on reagents before running?

كيف أحافظ على سلسلة التبريد للكواشف؟How do I maintain the reagent cold chain?
احفظ الكواشف الحساسة عند 2–8°م، وراقب درجة حرارة الثلاجة يومياً، وسجّل أي انحراف فوراً وأبلغ الدعم عند وجود خلل. Store sensitive reagents at 2–8°C, monitor fridge temperature daily, and log any deviation immediately and notify support if a fault occurs.
متى أطلب صيانة وقائية أو أتواصل مع الدعم؟When should I request maintenance or contact support?
عند ظهور نتائج ضبط جودة خارج النطاق، أو توقف مفاجئ، أو تجاوز موعد المعايرة الدوريّة. للحالات الحرجة تواصل مع خط الطوارئ فوراً. When QC results fall out of range, a sudden stop occurs, or a scheduled calibration is due. For critical cases, contact the emergency line immediately.
